The latest scam to hit the real estate guru scene is an ebook sold by a couple who allegedly is making money from the kitchen table using tax liens, called Tax Liens Made Easy. I have received feedback from multiple people who purchased their system through Clickbank and the feedback was underwhelming.
I personally tried to contact them through their website and the contact form was broken on more than on occasion. I found a contact for them through other means and still did not get a reply.
Today, I got a call from someone who had bought the system and could not get any support, so I referred them to Clickbank who will give anyone who is unhappy with their product a refund within 60 days.
I spoke with another person who was less than impressed and asked me if the numbers they quote are accurate (such as buying a $1,000,000 home for $1,995). I told him it “could” happen, but it very, very unlikely that a homeowner would let a million dollar home go to a person who bought a lien for $1,995 when all they had to do was pay the tax lien and interest. I will go as far as to say it’s never happened and if someone want to challenge that you can feel free to post the info of your transaction. And I mean you would need to like to the documents, etc to prove it.
Whenever you are going to buy a product or system, make sure you know who you are buying from. check them out and if you you don’t get a good feeling - RUN in the other direction.
