The latest scam to hit the real estate guru scene is an ebook sold by a couple who allegedly is making money from the kitchen table using tax liens, called Tax Liens Made Easy. I have received feedback from multiple people who purchased their system through Clickbank and the feedback was underwhelming.
I personally tried to contact them through their website and the contact form was broken on more than one occasion. I found a contact for them through other means and still did not get a reply.
Today, I got a call from someone who had bought the system and could not get any support, so I referred them to Clickbank who will give anyone who is unhappy with their product a refund within 60 days.
I spoke with another person who was less than impressed and asked me if the numbers they quote are accurate (such as buying a $1,000,000 home for $1,995). I told him it “could” happen, but it is very, very unlikely that a homeowner would let a million dollar home go to a person who bought a lien for $1,995 when all they had to do was pay the tax lien and interest. I will go as far as to say it’s never happened and if someone wants to challenge that you can feel free to post the info of your transaction. And I mean you would need to show documentation to prove it.
Whenever you are going to buy a product or system, make sure you know who you are buying from. Check them out and if you you don’t get a good feeling – RUN in the other direction.

I’ve actually found the Tax Liens Made Easy system quite helpful…I have no clue what you’re talking about!
Perhaps if you found it without ever doing any online research, you may have found it enlightening. I am curious to know what specifically you found helpful from what you read.
I haven’t bought it but I’m going to and if I don’t like it I will get my money back but dude you need to spell check, proof read, and revise what you write. Your credibility with me dropped like a rock with the 20+ errors.
Brett, thanks for the feedback. This is one of many blog that I have and sometimes I write something quick to just the content out. Agreed, I don’t want to lose “credibility”, but in some cases where time is really tight, I choosee the message over perfection.
Regarding the product, it’s a TOTAL waste of money. You can literally find more quality info by just doing a Google search on how to buy tax liens.
Most people value the review (even in spite of it’s grammatical erros) as it saves them time of buying and returning a worthless product.
Best wishes and yes I will spell/grammar check the post.
Interesting post! I’m noticing John Beck’s program is being used by many. So even I decided to use his system. Wish me luck for my work.
Complete waste of money for a skimpy pdf filled out with lists you could easily find for free online. Needless to say, I got a refund from Clickbank.
I spent about $10 at Amazon for a book that delivered 100x more information.
