Persia, I am sorry to hear of your experience. We are currently working on a partnership with a company that provides the best and most up to sate into on tax liens and I will let you know when it is finalized.

I have no experience with the company that you mentioned, however anytime anyone defrauds you, there are several people you can file complaints with including:

1. The Attorney General for the state in which the company does business.

2. The Better Business Bureau.

3. The Payment Processor.

4. Small Claims Court.

I hope that helps.
5. Have your attorney write them a letter.

I was very interested in investing in Arizona Tax Liens. However, I live elsewhere. I went online and made the mistake of purchasing a tax lien list from the website ArizonaTaxLiens.com. Spent nearly $45 for a list of liens that they promised was up-to-date. In fact, it was several months out of date, and useless. All attempts to contact them failed. They never responded. So avoid them.
