They certainly do, but how can you find them? Tenacity, connections, court house research, and resources - actually a combination of all of these. For your work, the upside is that you can find a home for a steal, but of course the challenge is finding them.
It turns out the late night real estate infomercial gurus were telling you the truth after all. I know it doesn’t seem logical for someone to let a home worth thousands or dollars go simply on the account of unpaid taxes, but may I remind you that just as we saw record real estate growth over the past several years prior to 2007, we are now seeing record losses, including those with tax liens. Sadly, many people opted to pay their own taxes during this last mortgage boom, and many of that is a part of the sub prime debacle and is contributing to tax delinquencies as well as mortgage delinquencies.
In real estate, one persons misfortune is often another persons fortune - why shouldn’t that person be you.

I was very interested in investing in Arizona Tax Liens. However, I live elsewhere. I went online and made the mistake of purchasing a tax lien list from the website ArizonaTaxLiens.com. Spent nearly $45 for a list of liens that they promised was up-to-date. In fact, it was several months out of date, and useless. All attempts to contact them failed. They never responded. So avoid them.
Persia, I am sorry to hear of your experience. We are currently working on a partnership with a company that provides the best and most up to sate into on tax liens and I will let you know when it is finalized.
I have no experience with the company that you mentioned, however anytime anyone defrauds you, there are several people you can file complaints with including:
1. The Attorney General for the state in which the company does business.
2. The Better Business Bureau.
3. The Payment Processor.
4. Small Claims Court.
I hope that helps.
5. Have your attorney write them a letter.
